Is it possible to do markdown in trade messages? and if not, could this be an option?

Other small question, the API limits messages to 512 characters, is this also the case without using the API?

I can write a lot of characters in the text box and it doesn’t say anything. I didn’t try sending the message though

Actually, that’s an error in the docs. We’ll fix it.

The chat message size limit, both for the API and the site, is 65536 characters.
