Would the LM team ever consider creating a p2p lending escrow service, for example if someone wanted fiat but didn’t want to sell their xmr for fiat, they could give 1000$ of xmr as collateral and the user will receive 500$ fiat, that way the loan is over collateralized. Interest payment could be paid through the escrow service on a weekly/monthly/yearly increment. There could also be customizable features such as LTV ratio, margin call value and liquidation value.
I believe thats a lot of work. Probably as much as to build localmonero from scratch
