They claim they got banned for advertising “best for darkweb” in their trade ad. Is it true?

It seems a bit exaggerated, knowing that they didn’t get any warning and the ban is permanent. I guess they didn’t know it was forbidden to write that.

Opinions about that, and mod answer please? Did they get the possibility to remove the XMR they had on their LocalMonero’s wallet?

We don’t tolerate illegal activity. The dark web itself is not illegal but the implication of his ad was clear.

Thanks for your answer, I do appreciate that they could remove their XMR.

Still, imo you should have warned them before banning them permanently.
