Is there any information on the approximate number of trades or the approximate value of trades per day? Was taking a look at the offers and it seems like liquidity is pretty decent but I was wondering if there’s any actual statistics.

Got it. Well, if the current number of offers are anything to go by I highly doubt I’ll ever have issues finding trades. My only experience previously has been with Paxful so I was trying to get an idea of how active it is here compared to there.
