If 2 traders have identical Ads on the Sell Monero page, what determines the order in which the Ads are listed and what causes a change to that order even though the Ads are unchanged.

Primarily the ads are sorted by price, if there’re the same prices, then they’re sorted randomly, there’re no further ranking rules.
