Who owns localmonero.co?

Clearly, there is a company called “Blue Sunday” but I have not been able to follow that company name to identify the people with whom we’re all trusting our Monero. I don’t think you can offer to sell Monero unless you deposit it first. I think that’s ideal, but the identities of the people we’re trusting should also be common knowledge, at least among localmonero users.

The names of the owners kept confidential, for security and privacy reasons. If you don’t trust the site because you don’t know the specific names of the owners - don’t use it.

One of the reasons Monero was created was for complete privacy. Putting yourself in front of your business defeats that point. There are plenty of exchanges available. You’re not limited to using LocalMonero if it doesn’t meet your standards. Monero is like kryptonite for leftists and being “canceled”.
