Asked to release before payment

Tried selling by cash in mail & got this message back. Pretty sure this breaks one off the golden rules. He has a sore 135; 100%.

because of the volatility of the market we require coins to be released after we accept your trade. And I understand that’s hard to do but we require release before money is posted.
We will record cash going in envelope and envelope going into mailbox and U will be given the tracking number .

This is currently not against the rules (yet), but understand that early release carries its risks. We won’t be able to help you if the trade goes wrong and the buyer will have withdrawn the coins.

If this risk is unacceptable to you then you’re advised to find another trader.
