Account seems to be compromised, also has 33 trades at time of writing this and 100% feedback. First sold me XMR with one PayPal account and then buys that XMR back with another account, amounts were small 20eur, but next day opens a unauthorised access dispute with the second account !! Would have surely cancelled the trades if I had noticed it but since the amounts were so small…
